
Dundalk have been draw against Norwegian champions Rosenborg in the 2nd qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.
Rosenborg, coached by 51 year-old Kåre Hedley Ingebrigtsen, currently sit top of the Norwegian Eliteserien, one point ahead of Sarpsborg. They won the league last season by a whopping 15 points, with Brann in second.
Their main striking threat comes from ex-Arsenal, Juventus and Wolfsburg striker Nicklas Bendtner, along with Serbian Milan Jetović and Icelandic striker Matthías Vilhjálmsson.
They play their matches in the beautiful Lerkendal Stadion with a capacity of 21,402 spectators.
