EA Sports Cup 2nd Round 

The dates and times for the 2nd round of the EA Sports Cup have been confirmed. All the ties will be played on Monday April 17th.

Some cracking ties are anticipated, with Limerick hosting Cork City in the Munster Derby, Galway United hosting Derry City, Finn Harps and Sligo Rovers in a North-West Derby, holders St Patrick’s Athletic facing a tough task against Bray Wanderers and finally the big Dublin Derby between Shamrock Rovers and Bohemians. Let battle commence.

It seems an extremely rash decision so early in the season, after two wins in their opening six matches.
